Refund Policy

We have strict quality controls in place for all our products before they are shipped to customers. In the unlikely event that your product arrives in a faulty or damaged state, you have the right to apply for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. To apply for a refund, please follow these steps:
 

  • Send us a video of the original packaging and the product, clearly showing where the damages are visible, to: info@freespiritfood.co.uk along with your order reference number and the product name.
     

  • We will confirm receipt of your refund and once processed this should take up to 10 working days to be credited back into the original payment method used when placing the original order.
